Please note that, effective immediately, we are temporarily unable to ship to the following countries due to carrier restrictions: Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Yemen, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Afghanistan.
Shipments to these destinations are currently blocked by the carrier until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and will share updates as soon as available.
All MCS Formulas are shipped directly from our warehouses in Zaandam, one of the most beautiful and visited places in the Netherlands, located near Amsterdam. We ship through our Shipping Partners such as Post NL, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Deutsche Post. Orders before 15:00 (Central European Time (CET)) will be shipped the same day during the business days.

WE SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS
We always ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands within 24 hours on normal business days (Monday to Friday). Should you place your order at the weekend we will ship it on Monday. And if you placed your order before 15:00 (Amsterdam time), we will ship during the same day.
OTHERS
- Products delivered to addresses outside the EU might be subjected to additional local import duties, which will be paid by the customer. Such import duties will be communicated to you, by the shipping partner or customs in your country, prior to delivery. Note: for US and UK, MCS Formulas has arranged so that there are no additional local import duties. In case you experience such a cost, please contact us.
- In some rare cases, delays may occur due to reasons that do not depend on us, such as customs holding packages for a longer period of time. In such situation, if the package arrives with delay and the customer would like to be refunded, we kindly ask you to wait until you receive the package and can send it back to us. Once we received the package back, we will proceed with refunding according to our Refund Policy. However, even in such cases, we typically do our best so that you receive your order as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to reject orders. If such a case may occur, we will inform you in time. We reserve the right to update our shipping costs if we may be required to do so. If such a case may occur, we will inform you in time.
- While MCS Formulas is known to have one of the fastest service for delivery Worldwide, in rare cases, the transit times can be affected by customs checks at the arrival of the package in your country. That is outside the control of MCS Formulas or the shipping company. While this is not our responsibility, we will always do our best to find a good and fair solution.
- If the package returns unclaimed, the refund will proceed according to our Refund Policy.
RETURNS
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us in its original conditions according to the guidelines described at Return Policy.
