SHIPPING
We ship worldwide (conditions apply)! Pls read conditions to enjoy free shipping.
All MCS Formulas products are shipped directly from our warehouses in Zaandam, the Netherlands, through our Shipping Partners such as Post NL, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Deutsche Post.
Orders placed before 15:00 Central European Time will be shipped the same day during business days. Read more here.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at so that we can best assist you.
In case you wish to return the unopened products, pls use our return form and follow the steps outlined on our Return Policy page.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Upon receiving the good in their original conditions, you will be refunded within 14 business days all payments in full (with the exceptions noted * and ** below) including delivery (except for any additional costs incurred for other delivery type that is not standard delivery).
*For orders below 300 USD in value, you will not be charged for the transaction costs related to your initial payment for the order to be returned. For orders above 300 USD, we reserve the right to withhold in full the costs related to the initial transaction, associated to the payment system you used. If such case may occur, we are obliged to present the proof of the transaction costs.
**If the package is returned unclaimed we will withhold the shipping & return charge from the refund.

INGREDIENTS FAQ
We conduct third party testing on an as needed basis. We source directly from reputable suppliers ourselves and have a rigorous process in place to ensure purity, integrity and quality of ingredients.
Effectiveness: We select the most relevant natural compounds and plants, and focus on delivering the right strength, using the best formulas based on traditional medicine and scientific research to deliver the most value that you are looking for when taking supplements.
Pure Quality: We work with quality manufacturers that are willing and have the capability to manufacture our products with minimum additives.
For other companies, additives such as Magnesium Stearate are often used to lower production costs or Cellulose are used to fill the capsules. Magnesium Stearate is believed to sometimes reduce the absorption of specific extracts by our bodies. Too much cellulose may make our stomachs feel full faster leading to loss of appetite which is not ideal.
With MCS Formulas’ products, we reduce and often eliminate use of additives all together as this is best for the health of consumers, and specifically for those consuming larger amounts of capsules daily.
Also, all of our products are manufactured with Vegan capsules, non-GMO, manufactured in high quality facilities, and all tested for contaminants in line with the European Regulations (we are located in the Netherlands).
